The VACUWELD Venturi pump chamber sealer line (code 7914.275) has been specially designed for EPA areas where during operations it's necessary to avoid electrostatic charge accumulation. Stainless steel structure and aluminum lid allow containment of triboelectric effects during vacuum packaging of SMD components. Digital programming of vacuum percentage, with precision control through tank sensor, allows optimizing residual air volume in packages to guarantee optimal microclimate for component preservation.
Use of compressed air pump (therefore without moving mechanical parts) eliminates micro-particulate dispersion in environment, making machine compatible with clean room use.
